Prices

We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Any price quoted on this site includes VAT at the current rate. Quicksilver Balloons UK Limited make every effort to ensure that prices displayed throughout the online store are correct and current should pricing prove incorrect prior to order processing Quicksilver Balloons will contact the customer to make them aware of the difference

Payment

Payment in full by credit/debit card prior to despatch. Should the customer cancel the order prior to despatch Quicksilver Balloons will refund the customer less a cancellation fee which is to cover our financial charges to collect and refund a payment to the customer

Cancellation of order

If you wish to cancel your order after despatch you may return your items undamaged, unopened and unused within 7 days of delivery. Goods are returned at customers own expense and customers are liable for losses or damage in transit until the items are received by Quicksilver Balloons. A cancellation fee will be levied to cover the cost of refund to the customer

Delivery

All goods with the exception of helium are despatched using Fedex. Helium canisters are despatched via Air Products Agent network

Delivery is available to all UK mainland addresses. Quicksilver Balloons cannot be held responsible for late deliveries by our third party couriers. Quicksilver Balloons will contact you via e-mail or telephone to confirm despatch and estimated delivery.

It is the customers responsibility to advise at the time of ordering of any potential access problems failure to do so could result in the non delivery of an item and you will be charged for the carriage element of the order. Fedex work on a next day basis with the exception of Saturday which is charged extra. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday upto 5.30pm. All deliveries require a signature.

Substitutions

Quicksilver reserve the right to make substitutions of comparable products should an item be out of stock or no longer available. Should this happen Quicksilver Balloons will contact the customer in advance of despatch to confirm this is acceptable

Charity Discounts

Quicksilver Balloons prices are very competitive and unfortunately we are unable to offer discounts

Helium Cylinders

All the cylinders are checked prior to despatch if you suspect the cylinder to be empty or faulty please call us immediately we will arrange a replacement or a full refund should the product be found to be faulty and no replacement taken. YOU SHOULD NEVER DELIBERATELY INHALE HELIUM IT CAN CAUSE SUFFOCATION EVEN DEATH. With every helium cylinder despatched you will be supplied with an information sheet. Please read this carefully and use within the manufacturers and Quicksilver Balloons instructions.
